LoadingKeerthana and Naveen started Curate in 2022. The extended team runs creative, production, content, client partnerships, and destination programmes. Every engagement has one project lead. Every role below is an actual job we hold, not a page-filler.

Chief Chaos ControllerThe backbone of execution. Naveen owns production, operations, and delivery. From planning to on-ground delivery, he makes sure every moving part comes together seamlessly.
A show is only as good as its quietest rehearsal. Everything else is just paperwork.
Each role is a real job we carry. We publish the role, not the named person, when the seat is changing hands. Keeps the page honest.
Owns the creative arc across concept, stage design, lighting direction, and content choreography. Translates a pitch-deck intention into a lived stage moment. Sits inside the brief from day one.

Owns the technical stack: line array, lighting rigs, LED walls, content playback, power redundancy. Our owned kit lives with this role. Runs dry runs and stage-side command on event day.

Plans the shot list the day the brief lands. Multi-camera coverage, same-day social edits, aftermovies in under a week. Our content crew is built into the event plan, never parachuted in at load-in.

Plans and runs destination programmes end to end: Goa, Coorg, Ooty, Dubai, Sri Lanka. Handles travel desks, property negotiation, visa logistics, and on-ground delivery.
