About this role

The Production Coordinator role is for someone who has done the late-night rehearsal call and loves it. You will coordinate owned inventory, crew rosters, venue recces, and the technical run-of-show across our live events.

What you will do

Lead technical recces for new venues and produce drawings + gear lists
Coordinate sound, lighting, staging, LED, and playback crew across events
Run dry-runs with the Project Lead and flag risks before they become incidents
Maintain our owned inventory: scheduling, transport, storage, depreciation planning
Post-event: run the wrap audit, debrief the crew, restock kit

What we are looking for

2 to 4 years of hands-on production coordination in live events
Strong working knowledge of audio signal flow, DMX lighting control, and LED content playback
Comfortable reading technical drawings and producing stage plans
Calm on event day, thorough on non-event day
Valid driving licence; willingness to travel with the kit when needed

Nice to have

Experience with convention-scale shows (500+ pax)
Familiarity with grandMA, Resolume, or equivalent playback systems
Basic Adobe Creative Suite for on-the-fly content tweaks
